Gregory Porter is a jazz sensation. He has what it takes to bring jazz right to the music forefront and to a much younger, wider audience. Wait. Strike that. He’s already done it.
Beardrevered caught him in action at the Wolrdwide Festival last year and more recently at the London Jazzfest, at the Royal Albert Hall, where he blew the audience away with his warm throaty tenor voice but one that is heavily steeped in the passion, delivery and emotion of the best classic soul men.
