I found this illustration on Pinterest and suddenly wondered why on earth I didn’t have a board dedicated to the masterful, Rick Rubin – Rock and Beard Icon.
Just in case you don’t know, RR was former co-president of Columbia Records and basically popularised hip hop music as well as working with some of the biggest names in music as varied as the Beastie Boys, Black Sabbath, Mick Jagger, Lady Gaga to bearded legends themselves ZZ Top.
MTV called him “the most important producer of the last 20 years and he featured on Time‘s 100 Most Influential People in the World list – I would agree with that.
